Harry Fittings is a reliable name for manufacturing and supplying Stainless Steel 410 Forged Fittings from our Houston, USA facility. Our SS 410 forged fittings are highly prized for their hardness, strength, and wear resistance, which makes them suitable for structural and mechanical use. 410, being a martensitic stainless steel, is heat-treatable and offers moderate corrosion resistance with high tensile strength, making it preferable for applications that demand the same. We manufacture forged couplings, tees, elbows, and unions that conform to international standards of reliability and accuracy. Harry Fittings is the first choice for long-lasting SS 410 forged fittings in harsh industrial conditions.

410 Stainless Steel Forged Fittings are mostly made up of iron along with 11.5–13.5% chromium and negligible nickel. The martensitic stainless steel fittings are reputed for having a high strength value and high hardness after heat treatment. They possess a tensile strength of about 450–790 MPa and yield strength of around 275 MPa. Although not as corrosion-resistant as austenitic grades, they are suitable for mildly corrosive and high-wear environments. It is magnetic and possesses good mechanical properties at elevated temperatures, hence is applied for high-strength forged parts and wear-extreme systems.

Stainless Steel 410 Forged Fittings are extensively utilized in engineering and mechanical sectors where wear resistance and strength are important. Typical uses are steam and gas turbine parts, oil & gas lines, petrochemical processing systems, valve bodies, and pump casings. They are suitable for moderate corrosion conditions and are best for mechanical stress or abrasive fluid-exposed systems. SS 410‘s resistance to thermal cycling and mechanical abrasion makes it perfect for power generation, refinery, and tool handling systems. These forged fittings provide firm, secure joints in high-pressure systems demanding toughness and durability.
