High-quality Stainless Steel 321/321H Forged Fittings for high-temperature and high-pressure applications are the speciality of Harry Fittings, a renowned manufacturer and supplier with headquarters in Houston, USA. While 321H is a high-carbon version that offers enhanced creep strength and durability at higher temperatures, SS 321 is stabilised with titanium and offers exceptional resistance to intergranular corrosion. According to ASTM A182 standards, these forged fittings, which include elbows, tees, unions, couplings, and plugs, are manufactured under stringent quality controls. For dependable use in demanding industries like petrochemicals, refineries, and aerospace, Vipul guarantees consistent dimensional accuracy and superior mechanical integrity.

Vipul Pipes and Tubes’ stainless steel 321/321H forged fittings are composed of nickel (9–12%), chromium (17–19%), and titanium (≥5x C content) to improve resistance to carbide precipitation during welding. For improved high-temperature strength, the 321H grade has more carbon (0.04–0.10%). Tensile strength ≥515 MPa, yield strength ≥205 MPa, and elongation ≥30% are all displayed by these forged fittings. Up to 870°C (1600°F) is the perfect temperature for them to operate continuously. Even in the face of harsh process conditions or heat cycling, the forged structure guarantees high pressure resistance and structural dependability.

Chemical plants, refineries, aerospace engines, furnace parts, exhaust manifolds and thermal processing systems all make extensive use of the stainless steel 321/321H forged fittings from Vipul Pipes and Tubes. These fittings are perfect for uses that call for thermal stability, oxidation resistance, and welded assemblies. Whereas SS 321H is favoured when greater creep strength is needed, SS 321 is especially well-suited for systems subjected to oxidising conditions and sporadic heat. Heat exchanger lines, flue gas systems, and steam pipelines are examples of common installations. They are a robust option for long-term industrial use because of their superior mechanical and corrosion-resistant qualities.
