The Stainless Steel 309H Pipe Fitting is made up of 22–24% Chromium, 12–15% Nickel, 0.04–0.10% Carbon, up to 2% Manganese, 1% Silicon, trace content of Phosphorus (0.045%), and Sulfur (0.03%). Higher carbon content enhances high-temperature strength and stability. The fittings have a tensile strength of 620 MPa, yield strength of 310 MPa, elongation of 40%, and Brinell hardness of approximately 225 HB. They are specifically designed to perform under high-temperature as well as high-pressure situations and have excellent creep resistance, oxidation resistance, and long-term endurance in severe industrial environments.
