Stainless Steel 304H Pipe Fittings consist mainly of iron with 18–20% chromium, 8–11% nickel, and increased carbon content (0.04–0.10%) compared to regular 304 grades, improving high-temperature strength. These fittings have a tensile strength of about 515 MPa, yield strength of about 205 MPa, and a very good elongation and toughness. The material has good structural stability and resists oxidation up to 870°C, which is very suitable for thermal cycling uses. Its austenitic microstructure offers superb weldability and formability as well as strong resistance against oxidizing and corrosive agents.
