Inconel 625 Pipe Fittings consist of a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with an approximate composition of 58% nickel, 20–23% chromium, 8–10% molybdenum, and 3.15–4.15% niobium with minute traces of iron, manganese, and silicon. The alloy has excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in severe and oxidizing atmospheres. In a mechanical aspect, Inconel 625 offers a tensile strength of ~930 MPa, yield strength of ~414 MPa, and elongation of 30%, which holds up to cryogenic temperatures and up to 980°C. The thermal stability, creep resistance, and fatigue strength of the alloy make it perfect for harsh industrial uses.
