This virtually pure composition guarantees excellent resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and high temperatures. The alloy provides good mechanical properties, such as tensile strength of 379–517 MPa (55–75 ksi), yield strength of 207–345 MPa (30–50 ksi), and elongation of 30–40%, to make it flexible and tough when stressedBesides better weldability and ductility, these fittings are suitable for demanding high-temperature and corrosive service applications, which makes them a long-lasting solution for demanding operating conditions.
